The MC-2200 Clear is a multipurpose and multi-surface sealant coating that has been designed as a permanent coating to seal and protect composite and polymeric surfaces. It can be applied directly to metals or other raw substrates and is ideal for use on carbon fiber, gel-coat surfaces, powder coating, painted surfaces, plastic enclosures, and more.

This versatile coating provides excellent oxidation protection and features hydrophobic properties, as well as excellent UV stability and color stability up to 300°F. It can be applied using HVLP or by hand with a microfiber towel, and becomes tack-free within 15-30 minutes.

It is important to note that this product does not require a catalyst, but it does require the use of a 325 Mesh Strainer (SE-277) during application. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid storing the product in direct sunlight.
